What is a Dedicated Server?
Unlike a Shared Hosting or Virtual Server, where resources are distributed among multiple users, a Dedicated Server gives you exclusive rights and lets you benefit from every resource available such as RAM, storage, computing power, etc.
How long does it take to install a server?
All dedicated servers are available in stock and can be setup within 24-48 hours. If custom requirements are presented, installation of the addons might take longer.
Can servers be upgraded?
You can request to add more resources to your server (RAM, HDD, etc).
What hardware is used for dedicated servers?
We mainly use different model HP servers. All Servers use Enterprise Grade Hard Drives and Solid State Drives (SSDs), redundant Network Connections and Redundant Power Supplies.
Which operating system should I install?
Please let us know which Linux version you would prefer for your server. In case of Windows, it's a subject of a monthly licensing fee.
