What's the difference between colocation and dedicated hosting?
With colocation you provide your own equipment, and we provide the space, power, and bandwidth. You would be responsible for maintaining the equipment. With dedicated hosting, we will provide and maintain the equipment for you, so you don't have to worry about maintenance.
How can I access data center?
If you need access to your equipment, we can schedule a visit for you. Please consider the fact that all visits must be scheduled ahead of time, people who visit the facility must have a valid ID.
How quickly can I install my server?
Once you have signed a quote from a sales representative and made the initial payment, we can have IP addresses assigned and space ready for installation in under 24 hours. Full rack and cage installations may require additional time in terms of parts and labor.
What if there is a hardware failure?
In case of colocation, it's your equipment and the your responsibility to manage your equipment. We will offer as much assistance as possible in speeding up the correction process. But you will have to maintain your equipment yourself.
